TCU has moved up to No. 13 in the latest Associate Press top 25 poll after beating Kansas 38-31 on Saturday. The Jayhawks remained at No. 19 despite the loss.

The Horned Frogs are ranked in consecutive weeks for the first time since Week 2 and 3 of the 2018 season. This is the highest they have been ranked since they finished the 2017 season ranked No. 9. Max Duggan threw for three touchdowns, Quentin Johnston had 206 receiving yards, and Kendre Miller ran for a touchdown in his fifth consecutive game in the win.

TCU opened the season unranked, coming off a 5-7 season and a coaching change. In the first five games of the Sonny Dykes era, though, TCU is 5-0 and sitting atop the Big 12 conference standings.

The Frogs are one of five Big 12 teams to be ranked this week. Oklahoma State tops the list at No. 8, falling a spot despite defeating Texas Tech 41-31 in Stillwater. Kansas State jumped three spots to No. 17 after a 10-9 road win over Iowa State, while Texas enters the rankings at No. 22 after a 49-0 drubbing of Oklahoma in the Red River Rivalry.

The Horned Frogs host Oklahoma State at Amon G. Carter at 2:30 p.m. Saturday. The game will be televised on WFAA/Channel 8.
