TCU finds themselves in the midst of another slump, having lost five of their last six games. The stretch comes at a time where the Frogs are vying for the regular season Big 12 championship, as well as one of the 16 host spots for the NCAA Tournament.

Unlike the previous slump this season, TCU’s pitching has been the question mark for the Frogs.

“That was as poorly pitched a game in my ten years that I think we’ve had,” Kirk Saarloos said after Saturday’s 11-7 loss to Oklahoma. “We’re getting to the point in the season where the rotation has nobody to hang their hat on.”
