It’s been a record-setting season for TCU on the field, adding some extra work off of it. But the Horned Frogs’ coaches seem OK with the added responsibilities (Frogs Today/Melissa Triebwasser).

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz — Don’t get it twisted: TCU isn’t complaining.

But it’s certainly been a long December for the Horned Frogs’ coaching staff, who has had to balance recruiting and postseason preparation over the course of the last several weeks.

Thanks to the early signing period and a berth in the College Football Playoff, TCU’s coaching staff hasn’t gotten much sleep over the past several weeks. Between Fiesta Bowl preparation and recruiting, there hasn’t been much rest for the weary — well, weary coaches at least.
