What a football season it was in the Big 12, as chaos ensued on the way to an instant-classic championship matchup between a pair of top-10 teams. After going undefeated in the regular season — one in which they were picked to finish seventh — TCU fell just inches short of taking home the conference title, with Kansas State outlasting the Horned Frogs in an overtime thriller.
Now, the conference teams up to fight the narrative that the Big 12 isn’t that good, as Kansas State in a New Year’s Six matchup with Alabama and, of course, the No. 3 Frogs’ date with No. 2 Michigan in the College Football Playoff, highlights eight (EIGHT!) bowl games involving Big 12 teams.
